Layout Specifics

We offer full page layout designs which will allow you to feature 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, or 16 homes. Half page layouts can have as many as 6 homes featured. We offer custom design services, and banner type ads for a sponsor or to feature land/lot listings. We also offer quarter page ads.


Sending Your Files

All photographs should have a resolution of 300 dpi or greater (for images that are roughly 4" x 6"). Larger images with lower resolution are also acceptable, depending on the level of detail and clarity. We prefer .jpg, .tif, and raw formats. We do not accept images embedded in MS Word documents.

Logos should be submitted in .eps, .jpg, or .tif format. If you are submitting a .jpg or .tif file, keep the image as large as possible with the best resolution.
